GLOWTEC have developed Invisible LUV (Luminous-Ultra-Violet) Technology to create a revolutionary new kind of Face and Body paint, one which is completely invisible in normal light, yet will glow bright neon when activated by UV Blacklight (as used in most Night Clubs).
